Beautiful antique bentwood chair with hand-caned seat. We are in love with the intricately woven cane and the patina of the dark chestnut wood finish! This chair was made in Poland. The cane on this chair is in very good condition with no fraying and only very slight stretching or sagging. This cane was all woven by hand through drilled holes throughout the seat to produce a very high quality well crafted chair!
These chairs show signs of wear and scratches with loss of the dark finish on the bentwood and caned seat which only adds to their beauty. One chair sadly has a hole in the caned seat, but still feels secure when sitting on the chair.
